    • All aviation-related activities performed by Science Park s.r.o. are non-operational, non-certified, and non-regulated advisory services. The company does not act as an aviation authority, approved organization, operator, maintenance provider, or certification body.
    • The consultancy supports clients by providing analysis, recommendations, and decision-support, without executing or controlling any activities that require authorization, licensing, or approval from aviation authorities.
    • Science Park s.r.o. does not perform any activities requiring approval, oversight, or certification by aviation authorities such as the Civil Aviation Authority of the Czech Republic (ÚCL) or European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). When regulated aviation services are required, they are provided solely by licensed third-party organizations acting independently.
